Client Challenge

The client was a managed service provider, looking for expert advice and assistance in responding to a request for proposal (RFP) which had a strong core of Service Integration and Management (SIAM) requirements.

How we helped

Working with our partners at Scopism and Syamic, we formed a multi-disciplinary team, comprising ITIL4, SIAM and RFP expertise.  As co-authors of the leading SIAM publications (www.scopism.com/downloads), and consultants with many years of SIAM experience, we were ideally placed to assist the client in analysing the client’s requirements and providing responses which were integrated into the broader RFP response.

We worked collaboratively with our client’s own bid team to form a virtual team, acting as mentors, content developers and reviewers of RFP response content.
