What are Service Catalogues and what value do they add to an organisation?

This presentation will explain service catalogues whilst also giving us a common language and understanding.

• Ensure the objectives of each catalogue are understood

• Avoid the risk of failing in Service Catalogue implementation

This presentation is based upon real-world implementation experience. We will use ITIL terminology where it’s appropriate, but we won’t be bound by it!
